Legal
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Radiant Calls website at radiantcalls.com and any related content, whether or not you are a signed-up client. If you are a paying client using the Radiant Calls AI receptionist service, your use of the service itself is additionally governed by the Radiant Calls End User Licence Agreement ("EULA"), which takes precedence over these Terms for any conflict specific to the service.
By accessing or using the Radiant Calls website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
The Radiant Calls website is intended for business owners and representatives evaluating or using the Radiant Calls service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to sign up for the service. The website itself is not directed at children, consistent with Section 9 of the Radiant Calls Privacy Policy.
All content on the Radiant Calls website — including text, graphics, logos, pricing information, and product descriptions — is provided for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep this content accurate and current, but pricing, features, and plan details are subject to change. The EULA and its associated plan terms, not the marketing pages of this website, govern the specific terms of your subscription once you sign up.
The Radiant Calls name, logo, website design, and all associated content are the property of Radiant Calls or its licensors, as set out in Section 10 of the EULA. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
You agree not to:
Signing up for the Radiant Calls service through the website constitutes your agreement to the EULA, Privacy Policy, Data Retention Policy, and Vendor Data Processing Agreements, each of which is incorporated by reference. Fees, call limits, licence terms, and service-specific obligations are governed by the EULA, not by these Terms.
The website may contain links to third-party sites, including vendor documentation for Vapi, Twilio, Supabase, Resend, and Sentry, referenced in the Vendor Data Processing Agreements. Radiant Calls is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.
The Radiant Calls website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Warranties and disclaimers relating to the AI receptionist service itself, including AI accuracy limitations, are set out in Sections 6 and 7 of the EULA.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Radiant Calls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability arising from your use of the Radiant Calls service is governed separately by Section 13 of the EULA.
Radiant Calls may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, consistent with Section 16 of the EULA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
